Meet Abelina
​
I am a registered psychologist offering a calm, grounded space for adult women seeking support with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, stress and burnout, concerns with relationships or attachment patterns, and the impacts of complex trauma.
My holistic and trauma-informed approaches to therapy are reflective of my ten years of experience as a psychologist and my own lived experience – integrating somatic-based practices, nervous system regulation support, inner child and parts work, self-compassion approaches, attachment theory, shadow work, mindfulness and meditation, and other evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic perspectives.

I believe transformation and positive change happens through understanding your inner world and the impacts of your life experiences with gentleness, curiosity, and support.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or exploring deeper patterns that no longer serve you, my aim is to offer a space where you can reconnect with safety, clarity, and a sense of self-trust that feels more grounded and empowered.
